Mixed-Signal
Integrated Circuits and Systems Lab.
The Mixed-signal INTegrated Circuits and Systems (MINT-CAS) Lab. specializes in the research and development of energy-efficient, high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits, with a primary focus on pioneering On-Sensor AI technologies. By prioritizing the co-optimization of analog and digital circuits, we break traditional tradeoffs between power, performance, and quality of result to deliver innovative hardware solutions. Our core expertise lies in designing low-power sensor interfaces and high-efficiency power management ICs (PMICs), complemented by advanced research in mixed-signal circuit modeling and verification as well as the development of robust mixed-signal core building circuits for next-generation intelligent systems.
